Scrappy girls in Kiama 15,6 & 17th April 2011

We have a unit in Kiama which the girls and I have been using for mini breaks away scrapbooking.

This weekend was our second venture away. There was 5 of us this weekend. Moi, Gail, Michelle, Helen and Lesley. Sadly our good friend Margaret could not attend.

We had the best time. On our first weekend we stayed glued to the unit 24/7, this time we changed things a bit.

Firstly, the weather this weekend was atrocious Friday and Saturday but cleared up for us on the Sunday which was great.

Friday night we dined out at a local restaurant a few doors up (lucky 'cause it was pouring), amazing meals. Saturday mornig early walks then after much stirring about 'strippers' coming our surprise maseuses came, well surprise for me anyway. What bliss, 2 hours of pampering each, devine. This is a piccy of Miss H having a pedicure. She looks so content 'cause she had just had a one hour whole body massage, bliss.

Saturday night we ate in but the amazing James had cooked us Moroccan chicken with Olive and Apricot Cous Cous and sent it down with the devine Miss Rosie, Yum. He had also sent Chocolate slice and a gorgeous gluten free cake for Helen and he spoils us, really he does. The man should be bottled.

Sunday morning, Helen and I walked early, then we all breakfasted out and wandered through the markets which were set up all along the break wall parrallel to the man street in Kiama.

In between all of these activities, we scrapped our little hearts out, listening to music and singing along, much to Michelle's disgust.

We had the best time and we are hopefully going to squeeze in another weekend in late June, just after Miss H comes back frm Hawaii and just before 4 of us head off to the LSBS retreat in August. I think a replica of this weekend could be on the cards, it rocked. Oh and the pampering, we must have the pampering again. Loved, loved, loved it. Oh and James the food, we must have the food. Hahahahahaha

March ATC swap @ LSBS

This is my March ATC, theme 'Occupation'.

As I have been working in the accounting field for the last 10 years as an office administrator I thought it apt.

It is a fairly simple card but I thought clean lines were appropriate for my theme. Had a little fun with the title though, hahahaha.

Whew!!!!!!!!!!! What a month it has been

Wow, what a busy month and a half it has been and so many things have happened. I sometimes think that my life is a bit same, same but when you blog you realise just how busy it gets.

A few things to catch up...............

The Kiama weekend was such fun with all the 'kinder Mum's', what a time we had. Linda's house is just amazing and she is a wonderflly warm hostess, we had a ball. Below is the view from her balcony, she is right on the water.

We have all know each other since our children started school in Kindergarten and have remained friends since.

We have a get together once a month, the first Wednesday night of the month at a local spot. A lovelier bunch of women you will not meet tan these 'Gorgeous Girls'. When I get a copy of a group photo I will add.

Quick Update

Hi everyone, so excited at the moment, so much has been happening to me in the month of March just past. I am waiting at the moment for my GF's to turn up and we are heading off to Kiama for a girls weekend. A very dear friend of mine has just finished building her new beachside home and we are off to explore and celebrate another friends milestone birthday. There will be about 12 of us, so much talking, eating and drinking will be happening. Hopefully not too much eating and drinking for me as I am on an amazing new life plan at the moment and I do not want to slow down the momentum. I will share my plan shortly but not enough time at the moment. Have enjoyed doing LO's lately to finish off the LSBS 4-7-11 7 Wonders challenge and the ARTastic challenge and my March ATC challenge. Still doing my photo of the day, though I have a sneaking suspicion that I forgot the 30/03/2010, oops. Will be off now, wll pop up more soon with photo's. Have a lovely weekend, I will be.

Wow, what a month

Hi all, had had a really busy month and so much to tell and upload.

For continuity, I will pop up my Linda Arnold pages. we did 4 pages with Linda a I came home and completed 3 more double pages (with the scraps from the kit I might add, very generous kits)

You know when you see a photo, pull it out and think 'I really want to scrap this one' and then you turn around and the pile is huge, this is me. So I was really happy I only used photo's from this pile.

Some from my son's 1st birthday (he is 30 now) and I am very pregnant with DD (only 12 months between these two), one of DD parachuting on her 21st, includes her Poppa who has since passed away, a very special photo, and another of my girlfriend ( to remind me of a great, great day we shared. 'The Bird Man of Emu Plains' is my DH. The lorrikeets come down every day, sit on our pool gate a make a racket until he goes out to feed them. They sit on his shoulder and dance with him, bobbing up and down, so much fun to watch.

Enjoy

Kim Arnold

Hi duckies,

Had a fantastic day today @ Scraploot, scrapping with Kim Arnold, a 2009 Master.

What a lovely person, very down to earth, shared all sorts of tips and tricks with us, got to

scrap 4 single page LO's and heaps leftover from our kits.

Went scrapping with the terrible two of Miss H and Michelle, hahahaha, they are such

good company but we are really going to have to get Miss H a Tom Tom, lovely lady with a

terrible sense of direction (maybe it has something to do with that she lives over

Sutherland way and the class was at Blacktown, not realy local area). Will pop back in

soon to update with some pictures of my LO's.

Smile

Hi all, a quick stop to upload another challenge from LSBS. This is my entry for challenge 5, an awesome challege set by DT member Nicole.
Hubby and I went with friends to Amerca in 2007 and had an awesome time.
Hubby had always wanted to do a Speedway tour and we got to see some amazing countryside whilst we were at it. We traveled 16,000 miles by car, traversed I don't know how many states and saw many things from Niagara Falls, Badlands to Grand Canyon, Las Vegas and Disneyland. I would go again tomorrow if asked.
Hubby looks especially happy in this piccie, he was in his glory.
Just did a blog hop over @ scrapmatts, pop over and look see, some amazing DT members over there and you could win a little something.
Off to the craft expo tomorrow (have the day off as I worked last Friday (who said I was silly working last Friday) so will report in with what's what.
Happy scrapping girls.

A challenge over @ LSBS

This is my submission for a challenge over @ LSBS and their 4-7-11 challenge/week 3.

The criteria was to scrap someone close to us who had experieced change, also to include something metal on the LO.

The inspiration LO was from Belle Commerford who really challenges you outside the normal scrapbooking square, she is truly an inspirational Design Team member. Pop in and see her work, you will be inspired.

I chose my DS, our only son and our eldest child. He is 30 and over the past 2 years has experienced a tumultuous time with the breakup of his marriage. He is a gifted sportsman and commits many, many hours to his sport. He is also a gifted marketeer and works in the field of sports/event/brand management. His career also takes up enormous chunks of time. 2011 heralds a new start for him personally and I prayer that he finds contentment in his choices and satisfaction in his sporting results. Not sure where I took this photo but feel it fills Belle's criteria and good for me to record this time.

I also have few more things in the wind.

An ATC swap over at LSBS to complete by the end of the month with a theme of 'Occupations', will defnately have to put my thinking cap on for this one as they are still new to me, this world of ATC's.

LSBS also have a cyber crop coming up on March 11th, hopefully will be there for that.

Well I will be off, have been still having fun with my photographic journal @ 365 Project. So far have only missed one day, oops but still posted a photo to keep my journal going. I have noticed a few people pop up what they call 'randoms' if they have not been out and about, sounds good to me but I am still going to try and keep it as a daily photographic journal.

Will talk soon, I am off to scrap.

Crocus

Hi, just reading through some older posts and realised that I had spoken about my amazing crocus flowers in the front garden (or willy wonker flowers as I like to call them) but hadn't popped up a photo.
They really are my DH's pride and joy and he is a little sad as they are now on the way out, like us all they lose their bloom after a while, hahahaha.
Miraculously, they will thicken up through spring and come summer will be out again in force.
Really a delight.

OTP - Websters paper

This is a beautiful 'off the page' I did for my friend, Margaret for Christmas (also did one for Lesley as well). The three of us are great friends, we have dinner together each Monday night with our hubbies and have 'show n tell' with what we have scrapped in the past week, we also love to scrap together whenever our boys 'go racing'.

This was a beautiful kit put together by the lovely April over @ Scrapbook Sensations @ Narellan.

Used Webster's papers, just gorgeous. Visited Margaret's on Sunday and was thrilled to see this in her lounge and snapped a photo(as I had forgotten to take one before giftin). Enjoy

4-7-11 Challenge over @ LSBS

My contribution to Lauren Bell's challenge over @ LSBS in the 4-7-11 challenge. Pop over and have a look here http://www.littlescrapbookshop.com.au/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=15014&highlight These girls do some awesome work and really inspire you so if your 'mojo' has gone 'flojo' pop over and be inspired, I am.
This page is part of an Album I am doing for a road trip we took with friends over the Christmas/ New Year 2009/2010 break so I was very glad to complete another page. This is really my Page 2 of a double LO, will pop Page 1 up soon. Nearly have this album complete (some 40 or more double LO's). I think in future I will do my travel album's as digital books, much quicker and perhaps cheaper. Hope to finish more of these challenges so best sign off for now.

Animalia/Insectopia swap themed ATC @ LSBS

Above are some photo's of my recent contribution to the ATC swap over at LSBS. This is a monthly challenge and as ATCs are new to me (this being only my second) I am enjoying the process very much, albeit nervewracking. Not sure if I include enough 'paper' on the ATC but as yet I have not received any back so am not able to gauge where I should be. I am very happy though with my effort.
The theme this month was Animalia/Insectopia, cool hey. I used Kraft cardstock, embossed with a grass folder, then I mixed some texture paste with some paint to give the 'grass' some bulk but was not happy with my applicator (a very small palette knife) so will have to work on this. Then I cut up some paper flowers to use as the petals and made my lady beetles with my 'Cricut' and punched out some little flowers and used liquid pearls as the centres. Scrolled some yellow twine for my 'sun' and then was really looking for a little chipboard 'bird' perhaps but went with the alpha's 'tweet' instead, really happy with this.
Can't wait to receive my ATC's swaps in the mail, will let you know how they go.

ARTastic Challenge - March

Hi all, well have you popped over to Shazza's ARTastic challenge yet. I have managed to complete my second challenge and I must say a lovely Blog. Very well run and the guest DT'ers are very spportive and offer lovely comments. the March challenge is up and I am excited by the inspiration painting. Love the title ' The Circus Horse' by Marc Chagall and the colours are among my favourites, lets see what I can come up with. Challenge closes March 31 and here is the link http://artasticchallengeblog.blogspot.com/. Have fun, I certainly am. Funnily enough I won the random prize draw again, lucky me, love winning anything. There are some really talented ladies, go and have a look the winners entry is gorgeous.

Internation Card Swap @ LSBS

Hi all, have been participating in a international card swap over at LSBS, we had to complete 5 card fronts with the theme Easter vintage/shabby chic. (These are my finished products above).
I was really excited to get into this challenge. I haven't participated in a card swap of any kind before and actually really would not have called myself a card maker at all before venturing onto the LSBS site. With their cybercrops and season challenges, cards have been on the menu so I was initiated. It has taken me a little while to get my head around the small amount of space to work with but I am getting there.
From the start I knew what elements I wanted to work with. One of the ladies @ LSBS sent me a beautiful 'Peter Rabbit' RAK. Just lovely thank you Debi. I fell in love with all the goodies she sent me. Well the design rumbled around in my head for days. I made a sample as I was scrapping with friends and I thought I would take the card with me for their input. The night before I put together another sample and sought their advice on the two.
Well I changed my mind again and above is the end result, finally I am happy with the challenge, the best I could do. I hope the recipient's enjoy.

Freaky Weather Thursday 17th

This was my view as I drove home today, weird weather. Looked like a tornedo was brewing and unfortunately for me it was hovering right over Emu Plains. All it brought with it though was some heavy rain, it certainly looked weird.

Have had a busy week, not much time for anything apart from work, doctor's appointments,MRI's,housework and popping things on ebay for my DH and DS. Sounds quick when they say 'let's pop this on ebay' but I am the only one that 'pops' things on ebay, hahaha.

Have a date this weekend with 'operation tidy up garage' with DH. Not the most fun task but he has been awfully patient with the kids using it as their dumping ground lately.

Both my DS and DD have had changes in their living conditions over the past year and have scaled down considerably from where they were living and you guessed it, the excess ended up in DH's garage.

Now DH's garage is not your usual garage. DH was and still is an avid motor sport enthusiast and he was a driver of some note. His garage is his pride and joy.

It is 12 square, tiled , airconditioned, has a lounge room, pool room, 2 storage rooms, toilet and workshop area, memorabilia gallery and it does garage 1 car and a car trailer. It sounds rather over the top when I put it all on paper but if you knew my man well, he is rather over the top himself, a huge personality and his garage matches. Anyway the kids have made it a bit of a dumping ground and it has made him rather stressed to say the least, so this weekend is 'G' day, hopefully the end result will make him less stressed.

Hope to catch up with some scrapping over the weekend at some time. Have to finish off my 'international'card swap cards, which are all planned and construction is underway, so should finish those over by the weekend, hope to make the post Monday. Next I have some ATC's to do, planned (hope they go a little more to plan than my cards did, I think I am overthinking the design a bit too much) then some challenges for ARTastic and the LSBS 4-7-11 to tackle. Enjoy your weekend and we will chat soon. Ciao.....

Loved Up Cyber Crop over @ LSBS

Hi ladies, Happy Valentine's Day if that is your want. DH always buys me some flowers and again this year he didn't disappoint, gotta love them.
Over the weekend @ LSBS they held their February 'Loved Up' Cyber Crop. This year their DT have redesigned the challenges and really are extending us so early in the year. They also reduced the number of challenges to do, which has helped.
If you are looking for a way to kick start your interest again or just to join in the fun, this is the site for you, a lovely bunch of ladies can be found on this site, very supportive.
Above are my submissions for the weekends challenges.
No 1 was a card challenge, with a sketch provided, just in time for V Day.
No. 2 was a poster inspired challenge with the wording 'I Love You' and a touch of pink, perfect for this picture I snapped of my Godson, Sam.
No. 3 was 'any kind of love' inspired challenge with a sketch, 'Crazy love' was perfect for this
No.4 was anything goes with a twist, there were a number of criteria plus a paint challenge thrown in.
Awesome work by the DT.
Must away, will chat soon.

Pages from Narellan

Hi girls,

Just thought I would pop in quickly and show you some pages I have done with the lovely April over at Scrapbook Sensations @ Narellan. I love April's work, it is very layered and the pages are packed with detail. This is not my usual way of scrapping but I find I have learnt so many things from her and I thoroughly enjoy scrapping in her classes. She always shares technical tips with us that help with our scrapping.

Her shop is beautifully stocked with all the latest goodies (and well stocked I might add) her hubby, Deryck works in the shop with her on a Saturday and he is a real personality, they make our afternoon very enjoyable.

On these pages posted today I have scrapped photo's of my Mum, Mary, as an eight year old and then as a seventeen year old. My mum was a very beautiful young lady. I love to use April's pages for my family albums, especially the heritage pages.

Also today helped my DS's partner celebrate her birthday (24). We ventured over to a great Brazillian BBQ Restaurant in Newport, which is a bit of a hike from our place but was well worth the trip. Their food was delicious and the service excellant. We met her Mum and sister for the first time, they both flew up from Melbourne to share her birthday. Both girls share the same birthday, 3 years apart, crazy.

I have some pages I will share with you, over @ LSBS they just had their February Cybercrop wit 4 challenges set up for the weekend. Managed to get all 4 done and will upload those pages tomorrow hopefully.

Will call in and chat soon.

A quick catch up

Thought I would just pop in and upload the other page that I completed to go with the LO submitted to the January ARTastic challenge. Loved how this turned out.

I have been slacking a little lately in the creating stakes. I have attended a few classess with Michelle and Helen (will share those LO's soon, just need some photo's) and planning some projects but not doing much else. Also have moved my computer out of my scrap room and find I don't multi task like I used to. I needed to use a proper chair as my back has been a killer lately.

Also I have been rather busy with the family, DH has had another round of his dental surgery today (2 down and 2 to go), he is not feeling too bad but let me say rather him than me, hopefully the outcome will be worth all his pain. Also DS has required some assistance in getting his house ready to rent out with packing, vacuuming, washing floors and the like, doesn't leave much time with work thrown in there as well and also a DD that manages to cultivate mould in unusual places??? Who am I a miracle worker?

It is now a very late hour, best off to bed. Have been planning my February ATC challenge over @ LSBS, theme animalia/insect. A bit excited, hope it works out. Sometimes the creative juices flow way out of control and my execution is not as good as my mind would like but will share soon. Let me say a few words, embossing, texture paste, paint, cutting and pasting, hahahahah.

Talk soon. Ciao

Purple Pumpkin

Hi all, just a quick drop in to tell you about a great blog I found tonight, here

Gorgeous handmade embellishments and kits.

Where does the time go....

Hi all, wow where does the time go. A few things have happened since I last popped in here. DH is back from is sojourn to all things Speedway in Warnambool, Vic. He had a really exciting time and tells me this will be a permanent fixture on his calender from now on so will perhaps have to organise a crafty weekend in Kiama for this time next year, sounds good to me.
Went to see my surgeon today who performed my ankle surgery, to get the all clear. Also took along my back x-rays just to get some advice. he was very happy with my ankle and hopes I have warded off a ankle replacement for at least 10 more years, fingers crossed. He said my back was 'terrible' full of arthritas and has referred me on to another specialist. Will have a MRI and a visit with him to see how the best way to manage that for at least another 10 years as well. Anyway, for the moment the pain has stopped so I will just tread carefully for a while.

Have finished my ATC's for the Gold/Silver theme swap over @ LSBS. Here is a few pictures of my lot. Above is the little production line I had going. Once I had the design set, I was right. Below is the finished product. I was really
pleased with the end result but was a little nervous as I sent them off. But received some feedback that the 'standard' was
fine and now I am looking forward to receiving my 'other' ATC's from the swap.
Had some lovely news that my entry over at the ARTastic January challenge had won a random prize draw, so yeah!!! and also @ LSBS
my 'Trust' LO of my DS won its section in their January CC with a lovely shopping voucher to g with it so all round a lovely month for me.
I did get adventurous and I sent of an application to Paper Inklings DT call, but :( they didn't want me, they did send me a lovely 'no thank you' email so you never know, will try again sometime.
Working tomorrow as had today off and then off to Narellan to scrap with Michelle and Helen on Saturday, looking forward to that.
Hope you all have had a lovely 'scrappy' week and for those with kidlets starting school, hope it wasn't too traumatic for you all.
Will talk soon. Ciao

Thursday catch up......

Well, how are we all.

I can say I am over batching (DH is away till Monday -will be 11 days total) I am lonely, over back aches (no more really bad attacks but another one on Tuesday night that put paid to my Australia Day celebrations). There was so much I wanted to do whilst DH was away and have not really done anything. Missed out on going to see Tap Dogs tonight as well as I just didn't want to risk my back as I have worked today and it doesn't seem to like work at the moment, unfortunately work is a necessary evil.

But on the positive side, woke this morning at 5.30am so I could make sunrise for some photo's and there was cloud cover, so put paid to one idea but I did manage to get some photo's for another Project 365 POTD and a scrappy challenge "My place in the Sun" over with Jane @ Scrap Beginnings. Looks a lovely journey, why don't you take alook, you might enjoy. Haven't officially started yet but in the planning mode, got to get my head around it all.

Just finishing of some ATC's, my first foray into this world. Have had things planned for a while and a sample made so thought I had better get into finishing this treat, due 07/02/2011. Hopefully will finish this weekend and post Monday. Photo's up when done.

Still planning some fronts for an 'international' card swap, theme 'shappy chic antique easter' how delicious. My mind is racing with ideas and I have some things sketched also have googled some images and hopefully will get started on my sample soon. Need to make 5 card fronts, same but not necessarily identical. Looking forward to this as well as another first in this type of swap. Will post some photo's when up and away.

Well it sounds like I am busy and I am but as you will find I must have the attention span of a gnat and I love to have lots of things on the go and all at one time, lucky I have learnt how to juggle.

Well, I will get back to the tennis (another passion of mine). Will talk soon/Ciao

PS. All this back trouble has made me more determined to get O/S this year, another thing I will have to plan.

ARTastic January 2011 Challenge

Well ladies, I have finally finished the ARTastic January challenge and sent it off to Shazza for addition to their blog. I have had this page in the cooking pot for a number of weeks but somehow life gets in the way and only got to complete it today.

I really loved doing this challenge, the inspitarion painting of Renoir's 'Luncheon of the Boating Party' really appealed to me. The colours are among my favourites, I love the oranges and the torquiose blues and the air from the painting of a warm, friendly gathering was appealing. I also managed to include all their criteria for bonus points (scrap a celebration, 3 or more people on the LO and food somewhere on the LO, good job).

As soon as I saw this challenge I knew what event I wished to use. A great scrapbooking friend of mine, Helen turned 60 in November of last year and we celebrated her birthday with a High Tea @ The Loft Bar, King St Warf, Sydney organised by my amazing niece Michelle. If anyone is looking for this type of event I can highly recommend The Loft Bar. The service was excellent and unobtrusive, their food was delish and the cost was quite reasonable.

I used Basic Grey's 'Curio' range . My base sheet was the 'B' side of 'Victoria' and my main PP was the ''A' side. I handmade the arrow embellishment using a snippet of Basic Grey's 'Recess' collection 'Biology'. The torquoise, felt flowers I handmade as well. Just layered, off centre, 3 varying circles and used buttons, pearls etc as my centres. Really loved this effect. The butterfly embellishment was hand cut from BG 'Curio' Chiffonier paper. I also incorporated one of the glass mats from the 'Loft Bar' on my LO, they were gorgeous and included some faux stitching lines. This LO was based on a page map from Becky Fleck's Book 2.
Although not shown here Michelle had made Helen the most amazing frame based on the Martha Stewart doillies and if I can find a link across to Michelle's page I will include this tomorrow.

Above are a few shots of my page and close ups of the embellishments. This is a single LO but I will be finishing off another page for this LO as I have so many beautifull photo's to include.

We had a great day and as Helen is a lovely, lovely person, well deserved.

Hospital emergency rooms + more

Well, I have had an eventful couple of days. Had what I thought was a really bad back on Tuesday night, slept it off and thought not a thing more until Thursday whilst at work. Got the same sort of low dull back ache again and thought' yeow! hope that back ache is not coming back, well it did, with a vengenance. So bad that after about 1/2 hour of excrutiating pain work called an ambulance and off I was whisked to Westmead Emergency. Unfortunately for me by the time I could get seen by a doctor the pain had subsided (probably had something to do with the wait time of 5 hours), packed off home with 'we don't really know what it was' apart from a 'maybe kidney stones'.

Went to see my own Doctor on Friday morning, more of the same, 'wait n see', then on my way home another attack, caught in my car, ambulance called 'cause I couldn't drive and more time in waiting rooms with same result, don't know what could be causing it, maybe 'nerve pain' from lower back?????

Spent the weekend resting at home which remained uneventful, thank heavens. Some x-rays to get tomorrow, back to work Tuesday and then some more tests at the end of the week and hopefully no more reoccurrances of the dreaded back ache.

Whilst sitting aroung hospitals for many hours managed to get some POTD for my project 365, the first was the Westmead canula and the second is the 'green stick' for pain relief the ambo's give you. Got to love the ambo's, life savers. Made this little black duck feel very happy to see them. Talk later. Ciao

1st week back @ work

Hi!, thought I would pop in for a quick chat, hump day today and at the moment it has just started raining which is good news for DH's lawn. Hope we are not in for too much considering all the bad flooding our country has had lately, plus I live near a river, the Hawkesbury.

First week back has not been too bad, I enjoy my job and love the people I work with which is a good start. I normally job share but this week both of us have been on deck which has been great, we have managed to get through a lot of work.

DH is heading off tomorrow for 11 days down south (a speedway trip), he is an avid fan of all types of motor racing, especially speedway and for the next couple of weeks the cream of this division of racing (including the visiting contingent of American drivers) will be in Warnambool Victoria, so I will be batching.

I have a number of things planned, all crafty and a few necessay chores to be done and a haircut. I would like to finish my 'Artastic' challenge, which I have had planned for a couple of weeks now, need to finish my ATC's for the LSBS swap, scrapping with Michelle and Helen and Narellan on the Saturdays, am trying to fit in a couple of visits to the city to catch some exhibitions at the MCA and the Opera House, so I will see how I go and report back with photo's where I can.

Enjoy the run to the weekend and we should chat soon. Ciao

CC @ LSBS this weekend

Thought I would just share with you my efforts with the CC from LSBS this weekend. If you are interested take a look here http://www.littlescrapbookshop.com.au/gallery/index.php. A great bunch of girls.
I really enjoyed the challenges this month and I like that they only set us 4, (in the past there has been 6), we play Bingo on Friday nights and there is much hilarity to be had.
Well it is late so I will make this post short. Back to work tomorrow after my holiday of 1 month and it is getting a bit late, better be bright eyed and bushy tale for my boss tomorrow.
Ciao all and have a good week, talk soon.

Scrapping @ Narellan with the Girls

Us girls like to get out to Scrapbook Sensations @ Narellan to
scrap as much as we can. We find the classes very well organised and plenty of room to move, the other girls are lovely and April and Derryck, the store owners are a couple of sweeties, very personable couple.
The store is well stocked, the classes and pages on offer are up to
date with all the latest trends and I don't think there has been a
class where we haven't receved a tip or trick from April. She is very generous with her knowledge. As we have only been scrapping for a couple of years, there is so much we need to learn.
I didn't finish the double page LO during the class (maybe a bit too much chatter from me) but will pop up the finished LO's when dne, hopefully this week.
I can thoroughly recommend this shop to anyone.
